As part of our A-Plus Nutrition program, Arbor Management has adopted the MyPyramid (introduced by the USDA) as the framework for menu
planning and food preparation in school lunch programs. Our program objectives are to:
1) Offer a variety of foods.
2) Serve meals that aid in maintaining a healthy body and weight.
3) Offer foods that are low in fat.
4) Serve plenty of vegetables, fruit, and grain products.
5) Offer and use sugars only in moderation.
6) Offer and use sodium and salt only in moderation.

Arbor prepares its food using only the finest ingredients. We believe attention to detail is essential to ensure quality food service program. For example, we only use
nationally-branded Ketchup at our condiment stations, and our hamburgers are 100% pure beef. Not only are these items of higher quality, but the absence of some additives
