Jeff is the Vice President of Sales. His job includes overseeing the business development and marketing of both new and existing business for the company. Jeff joined Arbor in 2009. He has been instrumental in growing Arbor and expanding the company into new regions throughout the Midwest. Jeff has an extensive foodservice background that spans over twenty five years. Jeff worked with major international foodservice firms in various leadership roles overseeing 500+ employees and directing multi-million dollar operational, sales and marketing initiatives in multiple states for many years. Jeff lives in Plainfield with his wife Deb and has two daughters.
Paul Pinsky has over 50 years of food service experience. In 1986, Paul co-founded Arbor Management. He has an extensive background in the food service industry in many areas of the business. Since 1966, he has been involved in contract food service. He currently serves as the CEO and Chairman of the Board for Arbor Management.
Marjana Nixon is an experienced food service professional with over thirty years of experience in school foodservice management and marketing. Marjana monitors all operations to insure compliance with Arbor’s policies in regards to quality control, safety, cleanliness, food production, and employee training, as well as State and Federal guidelines regarding the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. Marjana has been Vice President of Operations for Arbor Management, Inc. for the past 17 years, and has spent most of her 35 year career in the school food service industry. Marjana lives in Sugar Grove, IL.
David Gauger is the Vice President of Administrative Services. His job includes managing Purchasing, HR Employee Benefits, along with being the company Chef. He has been with Arbor since 1999 and his background includes foodservice management of Harris Bank, DePaul University and College of DuPage. He attended College of DuPage, Roosevelt University and the Culinary Institute of America. As adjunct faculty, he taught classes in the culinary programs of both College of DuPage and Kendall College. David lives in Fox Lake, IL with his wife Kate.
Bob Ireland is an accomplished accounting professional with over thirty years of experience in accounting for foodservice and food retail companies. Bob and his staff provide all accounting and finance functions for Arbor including financial reporting, auditing, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Prior to joining Arbor Bob held a variety of finance and accounting positions including Chief Financial Officer and Controller. Bob holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northwestern University and earned his Illinois CPA Certificate in 1983. Bob and his wife Anne live in Elmhurst, IL and have three sons.
Sara is the Corporate Registered Dietitian. Sara holds a State of Illinois Food Service Sanitation Instructor License as well as a Certificate of Training in Weight Management. Since joining the Arbor Management Team in 2011, Sara has led Arbor Management in expanding the Nutrition Education Programs. Sara is passionate about empowering students to learn through hands-on nutrition education. Apart from monitoring menus for nutritional, state, and federal compliance, students may recognize her smile in the schools giving nutrition presentations, coordinating allergen plans, sampling with “Dietitian Test Kitchens”, or answering questions at the “Ask the Dietitian” lunch booths and wellness fairs. Sara lives in Chicago, IL.
